Mowty Mahlyka’s ‘How Mi Feel’ deals with the day to day struggles and grind of being an artist in the modern music industry. “Dem nah know how me feel, when me tell em say the struggle is real, ya know much works mi put in for a meal, and nuff a dem wan fi give me bad deal.”
Blackout Ja’s ‘Crying War’ comes with an equally conscious message, with his focus being on revolution against the negative systems, structures & philosophies of the modern world. “Now it’s a crying shame, how their system designed, worlds of pain and their eyes are blind, but we gonna stand firm and tear all the Babylon down.”
