This is how we feel Gran Canaria, our beloved of the Canary Islands.
In Horizon Blink, we thought of an instrument for the model to use, and it was natural to use a saxophone this time because of the saxophone vibes in the music track. The time of day was the afternoon. The model was moving and looking for a place to interpret the part that is heard in the vibe.
The images were taken in a rock area of the Presa de Las Niñas and the famous Roque Nublo (emblematic of Gran Canaria). The idea was to disconnect from the beach and be a natural environment in the center of this beautiful island. The model paid no attention to the camera, she was in her calm and relaxed state admiring the spectacular views from the mountains, including the TEIDE volcano in Tenerife (almost 100 km from the place where the images were taken)…
